Really Poor Solar Garden Lights

Once we had solar powered lights on our patio deck and i HATED them. They went out when it was cloudy and sometimes they actually didnt work in the sunlight. My mom had bought them when she was redecorating the house one Spring. And she got so upset with them that she actually threw them in the garabage because it was too late to get her money back. And if I'm not mstaken, I think she bought them from Home Depot... not sure what kind we had but they were terrible and I wont buy solar powered ANYTHING in the future.
